What The Heck???!!!

Just read at inquirer.net about the recent kidnapping of tv reporter Ces Drilon who was set free from the ransom money. I heard rumors that it they deny paying the ransom money but now, reports say that the kidnappers have been paid 5 Million Pesos and more insane news that the Mayor kept 3 Million Pesos! I know you can't always believe what is in the tabloids or newspaper but it just caught my attention! I should be shopping for some baby clothing online but instead I end up reading the news!
